Professional Christmas lighting in South Florida costs $8 to $12.50 per linear foot of roofline, with a $1,295 minimum.
That rate covers everything: the design, the material, the install, service during the season, takedown in January, and storage until next year. Most homes in Coral Springs, Parkland, and Weston fall between $1,600 and $2,800. Larger estates in Boca Raton and Highland Beach with two and three story rooflines, wrapped palms, and garland work typically run $3,500 to $9,000.

What separates a designed install from a stapled one
Retail lights fail in Florida. Humidity gets into cheap sockets, salt air corrodes the contacts, and by the second week of December half the run is dark. We use commercial-grade C9 and mini LED on 18-gauge wire, cut to the exact length of each roof section so there are no loops of slack hanging off your fascia and no extension cords crossing the roof.
Every line sits at one consistent height. Every bulb faces the same direction. That is the difference people see from the street, and it is almost entirely a function of measurement and clip selection, not budget.
On barrel tile we use tile-specific ridge clips. On flat modern rooflines we use gutter and shingle tabs rated for the run. Nothing is drilled, nothing is stapled into wood, and nothing is left behind in January.

The service guarantee is the important line. If a section goes dark during the season, we are back within 24 hours. If we cannot fix that portion, that portion of your install is free. Nobody hands you a ladder and a replacement bulb.

The season, start to finish
October
Design and material prep. Early bird pricing saves 15 percent for anyone booked before October 1. This is also when route density fills in Parkland, Heron Bay, and the Weston communities, which is what determines whether your preferred install week is still open.
November
Install weeks. Two-person crews, most homes done in a single visit, most visits between three and six hours. You do not need to be home.
December
Service window. One text and we are out. Storm damage, a dark section, a clip that shifted in wind. Included.
January
Takedown starting January 2. Everything comes off, gets tested, labeled with your address, and goes into our warehouse. Next October it comes back out already cut to your house.
Roofline, palms, and the parts most people skip
A roofline alone reads flat. What gives a Florida home depth at night is the vertical work: wrapped palm trunks flanking the entry, warm uplighting on the facade between the roofline runs, garland with lit wreaths on the front door and the coach lights. That layering is why a designed install at $2,400 looks like a different category of product than a $700 roofline-only job.
If you want holiday lighting without an annual install at all, look at permanent architectural lighting. And if you want the yard to look as good as the roof in February, that is landscape lighting.
Third season with them. They show up when they say, the lines are dead straight, and a bulb went out in December and someone was here the next morning. I have not owned a ladder in three years.
Our decorations always looked flat once the sun went down. The purple wash on the front of the house and the shadow work changed the whole street's reaction.

- Yes. Palm wraps run $95 to $265 per trunk depending on height. On barrel tile we use ridge and gutter clips sized for tile so nothing is drilled and nothing slides.
- Do you handle HOA-approved color schemes?
- Regularly. In Parkland and Boca Raton communities that restrict color, we default to warm white or pure white and keep every line at a single consistent height.
