The basics
- What do you actually do?
- Exterior residential lighting only. Holiday displays, Halloween lighting, permanent architectural roofline systems, and low-voltage landscape and hardscape lighting.
- Do you do interior lighting?
- No. Never have, never will.
- Where do you work?
- Coral Springs, Parkland, Boca Raton, Weston, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Plantation, Davie, Southwest Ranches, Wellington, Highland Beach, Lighthouse Point, Boynton Beach, Coconut Creek, Tamarac, plus the surrounding Broward and Palm Beach County communities.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. Plug-in seasonal displays and factory cord-and-plug low-voltage landscape systems are exempt under FL Statute 489.503(24). Any hardwired work is performed under the required Florida license, and the license number appears on your contract.
Pricing and payment
- How much does it cost?
- Holiday lighting from $1,295, landscape from $2,450, permanent systems from $4,800. Our instant quote tool gives you a real range in about 60 seconds.
- Why show a range instead of one number?
- Because satellite measurement is accurate to within a few percent, not to the inch. The range is 12 percent either side of the calculated midpoint, and we hold it unless site conditions differ from what you told us.
- What is the deposit?
- 50 percent reserves your install date. The balance is charged on completion.
- Do you finance?
- Permanent systems and larger landscape projects are commonly financed over 60 months.
Install, service, and takedown
- What if something breaks mid-season?
- Text us. We are back within 24 hours. If we cannot fix that portion of your install, that portion is free.
- Who owns the lights?
- On seasonal work, we do. They are cut to your roofline, stored labeled with your address, and reinstalled next season.
- Do you take everything down?
- Yes. Christmas takedown starts January 2. Halloween is removed before Thanksgiving week.
- Will you damage my roof?
- No penetrations, no staples into wood, no drilling. We use tile-specific ridge clips on barrel tile and rated gutter and shingle tabs elsewhere.
- Do I need to be home?
- No. Most installs happen while clients are at work. We send photos of the finished elevation the same night.
- What about hurricanes and storms?
- We remove or secure displays ahead of a named storm at no charge for active clients, and reinstall once it is safe.
HOA and communities
- Do you work with HOAs?
- Regularly. In restricted Parkland, Boca Raton, and Weston communities we default to warm or pure white, single consistent line heights, and fixtures kept out of the street sightline.
- Can a permanent system be HOA compliant?
- In most communities, yes, because the track is hidden inside the eave and reads as nothing in daylight. We can provide product photos and spec sheets for board review.
- Do you light entire communities?
- Yes. Entry features, guardhouses, monument signage, and common area landscape lighting are quoted as commercial work.
