This is lighting, not props. We wash your facade in deep orange, violet, blood red, or swamp green, uplight the decor you already own, throw hard shadows across stucco, and light the walkway so the whole scene has depth from the street.
The window is short. Last install date is October 26 and the calendar fills early because the same crews start Christmas installs in the same weeks.
Why most Halloween displays fall apart at night
Homeowners spend real money on decor and then light it with a porch bulb and a landscape spot pointed at a hedge. Everything reads as a gray lump after 8 pm. Halloween is a night holiday. If the lighting is not designed, the decor is invisible during the only hours it matters.
Three things fix that, and none of them involve buying more props. Color on the facade, so the house itself becomes the backdrop. Directional uplight on anything vertical, so it casts a shadow. Low glow on the pathway, so a trick-or-treater walking up the driveway sees a scene instead of a lawn.

Haunt Showpiece, $2,950
Multi-zone scene design, projection, fog-ready staging, palm and tree washes, custom color programming. For the house that already has a reputation on the street and intends to keep it.
Larger or unusual elevations are quoted at $8 per linear foot with a $695 minimum.
Color, and how not to overdo it
Purple and orange together is the safe, effective pairing. Purple carries distance and reads clean on white and cream stucco. Orange hits warm and looks intentional rather than garish. Red is powerful in small amounts, on a single facade plane or a chimney, and looks amateur across an entire house. Green belongs low, in planting beds and behind objects, where it makes things look wrong in a way people cannot name.
We keep every fixture off the walking path, shielded from neighbor windows, and aimed so the source is never in a sightline. Glare is what makes a display feel like a parking lot.
Removal, on schedule
Down before Thanksgiving week, guaranteed. Nothing sits on your roof into December unless you also booked Christmas lighting, in which case we swap the scene in one visit and you save 10 percent for bundling both lines.
Our decorations always looked flat once the sun went down. The purple wash on the front of the house and the shadow work changed the whole street's reaction.
Third season with them. They show up when they say, the lines are dead straight, and a bulb went out in December and someone was here the next morning. I have not owned a ladder in three years.

- Do you supply props and inflatables?
- No. We light. If you already own decor, we uplight and silhouette it so it actually reads after dark. Props sitting in flat ambient light are the single most common reason a Halloween display looks cheap.
- When is the booking deadline?
- Last install date is October 26. The calendar usually closes earlier than that because Halloween shares crews with the start of Christmas installs.
- When does it come down?
- Down before Thanksgiving week, guaranteed. You do not have to chase us in November.
- Will colored lighting bother my neighbors or HOA?
- We aim and shield every fixture so light lands on your house, not through a neighbor's window. In restricted communities we run lower intensity washes and keep fixtures off the sightline from the street.
- Can the same system be reused in December?
- If you install a permanent RGBWW system, yes. One install covers orange and purple in October, red and green in December, and warm white the rest of the year.
