Terms of Service

These terms apply to exterior lighting work performed by Superior Infinite Services, LLC d/b/a Copperleaf Exterior Lighting.

Quotes

Online quotes display a range within 12 percent of the calculated midpoint and are based on the measurements and details you provide. If site conditions differ materially, we will re-quote before any work begins.

Deposits and payment

50 percent reserves your install date. The balance is due on completion. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the scheduled install date, less any custom material already cut for your property.

Scheduling

Installs are scheduled by zone. Weather, lightning, and unsafe roof conditions can move a date; we will contact you and reschedule to the next available slot in your zone.

Service guarantee

If a portion of a seasonal install fails during the season, we will respond within 24 hours. If we cannot restore that portion, that portion of your install is free. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by third parties, animals, or named storms, though we will still make the repair at a fair rate.

Takedown, storage, and ownership

On seasonal work, material remains our property. It is removed at season end, tested, and stored by us. Halloween installs are removed before Thanksgiving week. Christmas takedown begins January 2.

Design renders

Renders produced in the design studio are illustrations for design direction. Final fixture placement, spacing, and color are confirmed on site.

Licensing

Plug-in seasonal displays and factory cord-and-plug low-voltage landscape systems are exempt from Florida contractor licensing under FL Statute 489.503(24). Any system hardwired into a structure is performed under the required Florida license. License information: {{LICENSE_LINE}}
