Deposit and payment
50 percent reserves your install date. The balance is charged on completion. Quotes display as a range within 12 percent of the calculated midpoint.
The guarantee, stated plainly
If a single bulb goes out during the season, we are back within 24 hours. If we cannot fix it, that portion of your install is free.
Third season with them. They show up when they say, the lines are dead straight, and a bulb went out in December and someone was here the next morning. I have not owned a ladder in three years.
We had eight random spotlights in the yard before. Now the house looks like the architect designed it at night. Completely different property after dark.
You cannot see the track from the street in daylight. Warm white for regular nights, orange in October, red and green in December. I stopped hiring anyone for holiday lights.
Pricing questions
- Why is your pricing above the local average?
- Because the number includes design, commercial-grade material we own and store, a 24-hour in-season service guarantee, and takedown. Cheaper quotes in this market are usually material you buy, labor only, and no service after install day.
- Is the quote a real number or an estimate?
- It is a range within 12 percent of the calculated midpoint, built from your measured roofline and the add-ons you selected. We hold that range unless the site conditions differ from what you told us.
- What is the deposit?
- 50 percent to reserve your install date. The balance is charged on completion.
- Do you negotiate?
- We do not discount the rate card. We do stack real discounts: 15 percent early bird before October 1, 10 percent for bundling two or more service lines, 10 percent for repeat clients, and $150 referral credit both ways.
