The landscape lighting maintenance plan
A landscape system is a living design. Plant material grows into beams, lenses cloud in salt air, and connections corrode. The maintenance plan is $49 per month and exists because of those three facts.

What is included
Two scheduled visits a year plus on-call adjustments. Re-aiming as plant material fills in, lens cleaning, connection and corrosion checks, transformer and timer verification, and bulb or driver replacement.
Fixture repositioning as beds are replanted is included. New fixtures are quoted separately.

Why South Florida specifically
Growth rates here are brutal on lighting design. A fixture aimed perfectly in March can be fully buried in ficus by August, which reads as a dead fixture even though it is working.
Coastal properties add salt film on lenses and accelerated corrosion at connections. Both are maintenance items, not failures.
Without a plan
Service is available at standard rates on request. Most unmaintained systems we get called to look at need three to six hours of adjustment and cleaning rather than parts.
Installed fixtures carry their manufacturer warranty either way. The plan covers labor and adjustment, not warranty coverage you already have.
