How the instant quote works
The instant quote takes about sixty seconds and returns a real price range built from the same rate card our designers use. It is not a lead form that emails you a number later.

What it asks you
Service line, property address, roofline length or home size, number of stories, roofline complexity, and any add-ons you want. Contact details are collected at step two so your progress is saved if you close the tab.
Address lookup is restricted to Broward and Palm Beach County. If you are outside the normal route we still capture the property and get back to you rather than blocking the form.
How the math works
Base price is linear feet times the per-foot rate for your number of stories, times a complexity multiplier. Add-ons are added on top. A project minimum is applied if the total falls below it.
Discounts apply in a fixed order after that: early bird, then bundle, then repeat client. Deposit is 50 percent of the total. Financed monthly figures are the total divided over 60 months, rounded up.
- Base = linear feet x per-foot rate x complexity
- Subtotal = the greater of base plus add-ons, or the project minimum
- Displayed range = 12 percent either side of the midpoint
- Deposit = 50 percent of the total
Why a range and not one number
Satellite measurement is accurate to within a few percent, not to the inch. Quoting a single number from an aerial photo means either padding it or revising it upward on install day.
We hold the range unless site conditions differ from what you told us, for example a third story we could not see or a roofline that turns out to be tile rather than shingle.
What happens after you get the number
You can reserve an install date with the deposit, email the quote to yourself, or send it to a designer for review. Commercial, HOA, and estate projects skip the tool and go straight to a designer.
Nothing is charged until you choose a date.
