Getting Started
What install day looks like
Most residential installs are done in a single day, and you do not need to be home for any of it.

Before the crew arrives
Your strands are cut to your roofline in the shop, not on your driveway. That is why the crew is on site for hours instead of all day.
We confirm the date, the arrival window, and gate or dog access the week before. If you are in a guarded community we submit the crew for access ahead of time.
On site
A two or three person crew sets ladders, runs the roofline, sets clips to your tile or shingle profile, wraps palms, hangs wreaths, and hides feeds behind downspouts and inside the shadow line.
Timers are set for dusk to a time you choose. Default is dusk to 11pm, which keeps the display on when people are actually driving by.
That night
You get photos of the finished elevation lit, taken from the street at blue hour, the same night. If something reads wrong to you in those photos, say so and we adjust it.
Balance is charged on completion. The deposit reserved the date, not the work.
Takedown and storage
Christmas takedown starts January 2. Halloween comes down before Thanksgiving week. Nothing stays on the roof, clips included.
Strands go into labeled climate-controlled storage tied to your address, which is why reinstalls in later seasons are faster and cheaper.
